The project will bring together educative practices linked to the 8 key competences of the EU . Consequently, the project will group together 8 practices per country involved in the partnership. These parctices, however ‘modest’ they might be, must answer to two requirements:

1. They should be of a logical ‘nature’ and

2. they must serve in the development of behaviour (ability to learn, to undertake, to use ‘modern’ IT tools, etc).

A framework will be drawn up to compare the practices. The aim will be to use them in the context of everyday life enhancing the professional skills of teachers for adults.

The project will allow partners to create exchange between specialists in the domain in order to examine their respective practices.

Through this reflective work the teams and their networks will take up the discussion with the aim of analysing and adjusting each individual practice in the guise of ‘specialists in integration’ (trainers, counselors, social workers, etc) taking into account environmental demands as well as the national and European contexts.

The ability of reasoning and reflexion is involved in the drawing up of a work project, but also in the organisation of daily life as well as in solving tasks at work.

The project will work on the development of innovative practices in vocational education and on recognition of qualifications and competences thanks to the link between key competences and practices.
